Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your Ornaments Sales Store purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt.
Eligible Items
We accept returns and exchanges for most items when they meet these conditions:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened candles and diffusers (due to fragrance exposure)
- Personalised photo frames or ornaments
Sale items are final purchase unless faulty.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges
